Troubleshooting the Housing Portal
If you are having trouble signing into the housing portal, here are a few steps you can take to help you get started:
- Try Clearing Browser Cache, Cookies and History. Sometimes the portal has issues due to old cookies and files stored in your web browser.
- Try /wiki/spaces/HD/pages/4720049. This acts as a clean slate, similar to clearing your cookies and cache, that also doesn't use any saved login information.
- Try resetting your password to make sure the housing portal is synced with the rest of your accounts. You can do this either by going to www.frostburg.edu > Logins > Password or by logging into your email, clicking the icon with your initials or profile picture > View account > Change Password.
- Try using a different device or internet connection to sign in.
