How to Offboard an Affiliate Account

Once an affiliate is done working for FSU, their FSU email account will need to be offboarded to prevent security issues. The process to offboard an affiliate’s FSU account can be started from the Faculty/Staff Portal.

Once you log in, select the “Affiliates” tab in the Portal’s homepage.

Once there, you will get to a page listing your current affiliates. To the right of the affiliate you want to offboard, you should see three horizontal dots for a dropdown menu. Select this and then select the option to “Request Offboarding”.

From there, you will get a window to confirm your Offboarding as well as any additional notes you might want to add.

This will submit an offboarding request to OIT to offboard your affiliate’s account.
