Troubleshooting the Housing Portal

If you are having trouble signing into the housing portal, here are a few steps you can take to help you get started:

  1. Try Clearing Browser Cache, Cookies and History. Sometimes the portal has issues due to old cookies and files stored in your web browser.
  2. Try /wiki/spaces/HD/pages/4720049.  This acts as a clean slate, similar to clearing your cookies and cache, that also doesn't use any saved login information.
  3. Try resetting your password to make sure the housing portal is synced with the rest of your accounts. You can do this either by going to www.frostburg.edu > Logins > Password or by logging into your email, clicking the icon with your initials or profile picture > View account > Change Password.
  4. Try using a different device or internet connection to sign in.
