Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise - Remote Desktop is in Start - Windows Accessories
Windows 10 Home - You will need to download the Remote Desktop App from the Windows Store prior to following directions.
- Connect to VPN. See FSU provided directions.
- Open web browser and go to https://remoteaccess.labstats.com/fsu
- Find the lab and computer you want to connect to.
- Click connect.
- Click download to download the connection file.
- When connection file downloads click ok to open with Remote Desktop Connection.
- Click connect on the unknown publisher prompt.
- At the credentials screen click more choices at the bottom.
- Click use a different account.
- In username box type frostburg\yourusername
- Enter password and click OK.
