First, have your computer on and be sure you have your cell phone or a device to authenticate a Duo request. Be sure to install the Duo app on your smartphone if you have not already.

Buttons:

1 – Preset #1

2 – Preset #2

Magnifying Glass – Zoom In (Top) or Out (Bottom)

Wheel – Moves camera left, right, up, down

Red Camera with a  / through it  -  Turns camera off


The cameras are in the rear of each classroom close to the center.  You can point the remote in that general direction to control.

For most instructors, the presets will be all you need to use.






  • If the camera is off, the lens points straight down, see image below.
  • If the camera is on, the lens will point toward you.
