Using PaperCut PrintDeploy to install a Printer on a PC or Mac

  1. The Print Deploy application can be access by clicking the icon in the menu bar:
  2. In the window that appears, click on Add printers.
  3. You will see a list of printers that you can install:

  4. If the printer you need is not listed, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

Troubleshooting

Login

If the PaperCut Print Deploy Client appears asking you to sign in as pictured in the image below, you can proceed to login with your FSU Username and Password.

Unreachable

You may see the message below if you are away from the FSU network, not connected to VPN, or if there is another connection problem. If the problem persists, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
