  • Messages/chat icon is visible for conversations between producers, speakers and moderators. This is not visible to the audience and a great way to handle issues without using your mic.


Presenters:


  • Submit your presentation files to the producer as soon as possible. MP4 files for better video quality are preferred, but links to YouTube can also be acceptable.
  • The producer may choose to mute your mic until your time to speak. You are the only one who can unmute yourself.
